October, 2001: Speedline Meet

Well this meet was setup on a short notice and the weather didn't cooperate either as it was raining this time around after such good weather for our last meet. We had 7 Sols show with one new member, so it was not all that bad. Justin brought his grandfather with him, his friend Jeremy also came. Ron from Silverdale, Darren and Carrie from up north, Josh and his friend from Olympia, Francois, Roger (He has big plans for his new acquisition in the next few weeks) and myself from the Tacoma area. Everyone checked out Kyle's new stock and the expansion he did on his store. (Also it should be noted Kyle told us that he is getting some exciting new things coming in the next two to three weeks, stay tuned for an update on our main page for that) After that we all when to get something to eat at TGI Friday and continue with updating each other as to what's been going on this last month with everyone. Everyone had a great time despite the nasty weather. Sorry about not having more pictures but my digicam ran out of battery life this time out, I know I checked it last night. - Geo
