October 1, 2000: Kent Meet

We had a meet in Kent at A&W Family Restaurant this past Sunday. Five cars showed up with two new member to the club coming. Lots of talk about what's been going on the past two months with members and their cars. We had three of the members cars damaged in some way so the news was not all up. We are also losing one member as he is moving back to the mid-west, it is sad to see Dave go (Good luck with the new job and thanks for the flyer you made up for us). We also had a past member who sold his Sol come and vist us (Thanks for coming Kevin). Got lots of pictures (Thanks to Josh for the group picture) as it was a nice sunny day and had people coming up to us and asking about the club and admiring our cars which was nice. We ate and then took a run through Auburn before calling it quits and going home. An over all great meet. Thanks again to the two new members for coming. -Geo
