November, 2001: A&W Meet

The meet for November was held at A&W in Kent and it was a very good showing of cars from both north and south, 11 cars total. The weather held off with rain till just before the end of the meet. The people from the south trained up after meeting up at Geo? house, The people from the north met up at Rob? before coming. We even had a member from Team Sol of Oregon come, (thanks Edd and Nikki for coming). The members that came this time were Edd and Nikki, Robert, Rob, Jeff and Dj, Carrie, Justin and Chrissy, Bill, Darren, Jan, Rogers, Darren? dad Bob, me, and we even had a retired member show up, (thanks for dropping by Kevin). We all checked out everybody? cars to see what was new and improved, lots of catching up with everybody on what's been happening this past month, then we went into A&W for something to eat. Then we moved off to the K-mart parking lot for pictures of all the cars. More talking of the business at hand due to the leaving of our former President of Team Sol of Washington. Carrie and Chrissy even tried to recruit a new member by leaving a short message on their parked car across the street. It seemed like everyone had a camera this time so lots of pictures were taken for this meet. Also on a side note this will be the last meet Bill will be attending with us for awhile as he will be going back to the east coast to start his military life, (were all going to miss you Bill).
