May, 2002: Juanita Beach Meet

Five of us trained up from Tacoma to meet up with the rest of the group. Cloudy but no rain during the meet. Started by checking out everyones cars, Rob's drew a lot of attention, Robert had his body kit on now. Jeff and Geo had their rear fillers on to show. We had a new member come, with that lots of questions to answer. We then went to eat, Shari's was filled so we ended up at a Pizzeria. Had a short meeting about coming meets, etc. then went on a short run before heading home. Those in attentance this time around: Brian and Carrie, Brent, Darren, Francois and Tonya, Geo, Jeff, Mike, Rob, Robert, Sandra (Brent's Mom), for a total of ten cars this meet. On a side note, Jeff and I found out you can drive with your top off in the rain and not get wet, as long as it's not raining to hard. It was strange having people looking at you while it's raining with your wipers going and two cars the same color with their tops off driving down the freeway they must of thought we were crazy. -Geo
