June 3rd, 2003: Speedline/Point Defiance Meet

This is Team Sol of Washington's fourth year anniversary. We meet up at SpeedLine and then went to Point Defiance Park and drove the Five Mile Drive through the park. Stopped at Owens Beach for some pictures and then along the way at a lookout for the Narrows Bridge, with a final stop at Ft. Nisqually at which time Phil and Thomas finally caught up with us (they arrived late at SpeedLine). From there we went on a drive to Niffty's Fifty's to get something to eat. It was sunny and warm, so the tops were off, a great day for a sol meet. Two new people came to this months meet, welcome Jon and Phil. We had 12 cars in attendant this month. Those who came to this months meet were: Andrew, Carrie, Chelsey, Chris, Darren, Geo and Mae, Jameson, Jon and Mario, Julie, Kristin, Mike, Nychole, Pete, Phil and Marie, Robert, Shawna, and Thomas.
