February, 2002: Juanita Beach Meet

Darren, Robert and myself trained over to the meeting place together. It turned out pretty good for the weather, it looked as if it might rain, but didn't. At the meeting up place we popped the tops off for pictures. Carrie stated that going acrossed the bridge to Gig Harbor was really scary, it does get very windy at times. We then trained through Gig Harbor over to a park for more pictures (Did draw some attention with people seeing 6 Sols all together at one time). Justin had planned a short drive to a few places he knew of to show off our cars to his friends. Then we went to get a bite to eat. Just as we got done eating it started to rain some, but not to be detoured, we went to a quiet place that Justin knew of to see who had the loudest car (Intake and Exhaust System) and made some short runs, Darren came out on top for the loudest car hands down. It then started raining hard so we made our way over to Justin house to take a look at the pictures and movies he had taken of the meet. We all made our way home shortly after that. The members that attended this time were Brett, Carrie, Darren, Geo, Justin, Kevin, and Robert. I'd like to take this time to thank Justin for setting up this meet and for taking some of the pictures you see here for this meet, thanks again Justin. -Geo
