April, 2003: TSofWA President meets up with the North Cal. Group

On our recent trip my wife and I took in April to California, we got a special treat, we got to meet up with the North California group. The meet up point was the Elephant's Bar and Grill. Pulled in, not a sol in sight, really big parking lot, pulled around back and their they were in all there glory, 4 shiny sols waiting for us, coming all the way from Sacramento. We then parked the car and got out to meet with everyone. After greeting them started by taking some pictures of their cars, as that was happening more people started arriving. Talked awhile about our cars, by this time everyone was pretty hungry from their drive, so we continued inside with the great food they serve at Elephant's. After our lunch we went back outside to check out everyone's car. Lots of Hybrid cars, B20, B18, Turbo'ed, NOS'ed and a few bone stock along with a couple of very body moded ones. It was a real treat to see what they do with their cars, some fine examples of Kali's best. By this time it was around 5:30 and we had to leave for another commitment we had. All I can say is it was so much fun meeting up with such a talented and diverse group of people who made my wife and I feel right at home, hope we can do it again when we're down in the area again. I want to take this time to thank Christina, Chris and Lisa for setting this up, thanks again for doing this for us. People that attended the meet: Chris, Christina and her boyfriend Brigson, Dustin, Geo, Jason, (Lucky) Leo with his girlfriend Jamie (didn't have his car there, it's getting a complete make over at this time, good luck with it Leo), Lisa, Peter and his wife Jenny (thanks Jenny for letting him come), Ramir and Romeo and his friend Anthony. I sure hope I've labeled the people to their car's right, if not it's my fault only. Pictures were taken by Chris, Christina, Geo and Lisa, thanks for letting me using them here -Geo Now for some pictures from the meet :
