Power drill with assorted bits
1 inch self taping screws (Stainless Steel)
1 inch flat washers (Stainless Steel)
Helper
This is a before shot without the lip installed. Removing the front bumper off the car it makes it alot easier to install.

Mark the center of the bumper with calk/marker etc. on the bottom panel.

Starting in the center, push the lip up to line up with the black paint line on
the bumper, then with a helper holding lip in place drill a hole with a bit
smaller then the screw size. Attach screw with a washer in the
hole.

Work your way out alternating both sides towards the ends. Finish up with
putting a screw in each edge of the lip in the wheelwell area to hold it in
place to finish it up.

Replace the bumper onto the car.
Here you can see the finished product. Enjoy.
